nope, unfortunately. But I'll get them from some other fan later when I get a new computer (which will probalby be never, lol) so it's all good.

Yes, it's included.
It's Setting Sun, Money and Reputation, and four different remixes of Let Me In.

she's talking about the one you buy in FYE

in the IN STORES VERSION, you don't get any extra songs. just the dvd.
